I live close-by so I always do a pick up order of shrimp fried rice , which is good but the customer service is HORRIBLE! Especially the woman who works the phone and register. One day I wanted to switch up my order and got pepper steak and sweet and sour chicken. It wasn't what I expected so when I wanted to change it to just pepper steak she gave me attitude by ignoring me. I tried to ask questions and request more items, I felt she stayed away from the front of the counter intentionally. So, I left with my pepper steak and made the decision to never go back, even for my shrimp fried rice. If that were the case, I didn't ask much to change my order and the attitude was unnecessary.

They delivered in a very professional and swift manner. Really enjoyed the food as well! Portions were very generous. Ordered the Orange Chicken and egg rolls the first time. Next ordered Chicken Fried Rice which fed 3 women with leftovers! I will definitely continue to order from here in the future.

Courteous call-back from the store to confirm order, swift delivery (Sunday evening) and everything exceeded expectations for a first-ever order @ King Wok. Will very likely order again in the future, one of the not-many Asian restaurants in Arlington who delivers along with takeout.
