During my two-night stay in Dallas, I enjoyed several meals at the Asador, where the service was consistently friendly and attentive, especially from servers like Matthew and Chris. The food ranged from delicious fish tacos to flavorful brisket burgers and expertly prepared sides, all presented with care and seasoned to highlight natural flavors without overwhelming the palate. While the prices were on the higher side, the quality of the food, the well-curated beverage options, and the welcoming atmosphere made each dining experience memorable and worth returning for.
