I've tried Jersey Mike's at another spot before, but this was my first visit to this particular location. I opted for the Mike's Philly Sub with added jalapeños and pre-ordered for pick up. While my sandwich was tasty and hot, the bread lacked the desired crunchiness that would have elevated the overall experience. The staff at Jersey Mike's on Coit and Campbell on 6/15/21 provided exceptional service, bringing my BLT order to my car when I couldn't enter the store due to the heat and having my baby with me. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made my day, and I appreciate their efforts in ensuring customer satisfaction.
