Tamales are a holiday tradition for my family, with the pork variety being flavorful and moist, while the chicken is spicier and preferred by others despite being a bit dry for me. Rosa's consistently delivers delicious tacos with fresh, soft tortillas made in-house, complemented by a great salsa bar offering various heat levels and toppings, creating an experience that blends fast service with quality often missing in similar establishments. Although the restaurant doesn't accept online or phone orders for takeout, the clean environment, efficient team, and tasty menu items like the chicken fajita burrito with queso make it worth visiting, especially if you arrive early for breakfast tacos.

My family's holiday tradition always involves ordering tamales, with pork being a favorite for its perfect balance of spice and moisture. While the chicken tamales are a bit spicier and drier for my taste, they are a hit with the rest of the family. Ordering ahead is essential, as we learned the hard way when the Mansfield location couldn't accommodate our last-minute request, but the Fort Worth location on Overton Ridge came through for us. The consistent quality of the food, especially the freshly made tortillas, keeps me coming back time and time again, even if the service could be a bit more accommodating with online or phone orders.

The food overall is decent, not as good as Taco Bueno or Taco Casa, mind you, but as I went through all the plates, I noticed a distinct taste in all of them. Grease. Too much of it. When I ate a burrito, grease was literally flowing out. Unhealthy, but okay.

This is by far the worst food on a consistent level that iv ever eaten. DON'T EAT THIS CHEAP CRAP!!!!!!!!!Way worse than taco bell.
