It's your choice at Southern Junction: you can cook your own steaks or our experienced chef can do it for you. If you choose to go your own way, you'll select your cut, season it, and cook it on the long, hickory-fired communal grill. Stop by and enjoy one of our nightly dinner specials. Southern Junction is also a showplace for live country music with bands Wednesday through Saturday, while guests make use of the 2,000-square-foot dance floor or ride the mechanical Bull. Dance lessons are offered on Thursday night.
