The bread here is seriously amazing-crispy on the outside and soft inside, making the salads inside feel like a fun and fresh twist on a sandwich. The service was decent, and while the chicken was a bit under-seasoned for my taste, everything else came together really well, especially the Metropolitan Cobb with Cobb dressing and Zapp's chips.

I tried this unique spot for a meal and found the salad to be just okay - nothing to write home about. The service was average, the ambiance a bit off, but the bread was truly the star of the show, reminiscent of the scene from Ratatouille about what makes a good bread. Despite the under-seasoned chicken, the concept of salads in a baguette was fun and worth a try - just be prepared for some hits and misses!
