Waited over 30 mins for our food then when we finally got it we were told to leave because they were closing in 5 mins when we walked in there earlier and they didn’t tell us we couldn’t eat in there I had a whole toddler with me! And the kid who said something was rude! Shouldn’t rush people out if you don’t tell them they can’t eat in there when they ordered! You wait till you see them about to feed their toddler!

The little unprofessional girl at the front counter is unbearable she is rude puts you on hold for a long time but yet still have an job must be family owned want be in business long with that bad customer service she also takes the phone off the hook to avoid doing her job

Called in order they gave me meat and buns went an picked it up on lunch called the next day manager wanted me to bring in the order I threw it away he said it was still good to eat dont think ill b ordering anything else from there when other people's hands have been on my food without gloves not good service

I hope so the owner reads this....I have been eating here for years and have recommended burger pop to hundreds of friends. Hands down the best burger anywhere. Because of a diet I had to take time off away from b.p. I ordered my usual by phone on my way home yesterday and to my dismay when I walked in the restaurant there was a new guy at the grill. In all my years I have never seen anyone else on this grill. I inquired and was informed that our regular cook is now at the Mesquite location. Big mistake !!!! My. Wifes, for the first time ever, made a negative comment before she even knew the cook was gone. My burger seemed smaller and a bit dry. The seasoning didnt seem to have the same flavor. I am very disappointed in about the decision to remove the cook. He made this location the best burger joint in town
