• Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. Ingredients can be added to the whole pizza or just one-half of the pizza. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pizzas only) and vegan cheese also available.

I've been drawn to the growing vegan options on their menu and love how the soft, artisan-style pizza crust stands out from big franchise chains. The colorful, whimsical decor and friendly staff make it a welcoming spot for family gatherings or group events, and shoutout to Kaylie Lawson for her exceptional catering service that saved us money and ensured everything went smoothly.
