Switching up my breakfast tacos by adding guacamole instead of avocado has elevated the flavors, and the fresh handmade tortillas paired with their house-made chips and salsa create an unbeatable Tex-Mex experience. The carne guisada and barbacoa are rich and comforting, while the friendly staff's advice and warm atmosphere make every visit feel like a genuine home-cooked meal.

I've recently been changing up my breakfast taco orders, trying out new ingredients like guacamole instead of avocado, and it's been a delicious twist. The staff at Paula's has been so helpful in guiding me through different menu options and even improving my Spanish skills during my visits.
