Each time my wife and I pass thru Dallas on the way to or way back from LA to CT, time permitting between flights, we dine at Sky Canyon. The food is interesting, delicious and beautifully plated. Though the wine list is not & extensive, the selection(have loved the Trimbach Riesling and Ray's Station Cabernet on recent visits)and quality are superb and change to pique our interest. The professional staff led by manger Elizabeth and the friendly bartender set the pace with smiles and hastle free dining. A great spot to recover from airport bustle in quiet surroundings. Dined there again last night and can't wait to return.
