Wow..This review is hard because I like their fish and have eaten there for years but I have given them more grace then they deserve. Today however takes the cake, I called to place an order of a 15 piece catfish steak which everyone knows is not as costly as filets and I was told it will be $51 and some change! So I inquired of the young lady taking my order why was the price so expensive for 15 piece? And I was rudely told "I don't know ma'am I'm not the owner I don't make the prices." Anyone who is familiar with way to go catfish knows that their customer service is beyond poore however I have given them grace in that area and bought the food anyway because I liked it. But today was the absolute last day that I will ever ever spend my money with their establishment again and I will encourage all and everyone I know to do the same. Let me be clear, it was not just that. I went a step further and asked to speak with the owner Dominic who I am familiar with she probably didn't really know who I was because I was on the phone and not in her presence but she would recognize my face. As I begin to share with her what my concern waz of asking to speak with her and when I got to the part of telling her that I believed her fish was overpriced she lit into me and quite rudely told me that if I didn't like it I could go to another restaurant and that her fish was not over-priced (while attempting to explain or justify why she charges so much) told me to have a good day and abruptly disconnected the call. Tried calling back, no answer (on a business line now).Now mind you I'm nearly 60 years old and have been eating at fried catfish restaurants all my life. I'm also a business owner and quite familiar with the going price for catfish these days. Went a step further to contact a few other surrounding catfish businesses in our area to get their prices (like I didn't already know) and the one I chose to go with today which is S/O to Louisiana catfish in Duncanville, Texas (and the food is The bomb.com and off the chain) who's 15 piece catfish steak with $27.50 which is more in line with reasonable to go catfish prices. Catfish Floyd has a 15 piece filet for $28.50. This place has been robbing the residents and the public blind for years and until we begin to report these people to the correct entity the [Texas Attorney General's office consumer division] they will continue to get away with it!

The fish is good ,but you can never get them to answer the phone for call ins. They say they open at 11:00, 11:30 I'm calling and no answer...bad business.

This fish is sooo good? Everything was hot and good ! They have s signature tarter sauce it's to die for ! There desserts are delicious !
This is my new favorite spot! If u haven't been it's a must go place

Way 2 Go Catfish, is just that, the way to go. There seafood is seasoned to perfection and fried just right. I am from H-town and this is the best seafood I have ever had. Whenever I am visiting the Dallas area this place is a must-have.
