The food was absolutely delicious, from the flavorful meatballs and fresh burrata to the homemade pizza dough topped with fresh mozzarella and basil. The seafood dishes, like the spicy mussels in Pomodoro sauce and the Frutti di Mare pasta with shrimp, scallops, and mussels, were outstanding, and the desserts were divine. Throughout the evening, the attentive and friendly service, combined with a lovely atmosphere inside the Gaylord Texan, made for a truly enjoyable and memorable dining experience.
