They have a sign on the wall about waiting for your food. I don't remember exactly but to paraphrase it says don't complain about how long it takes. We are making your food when it is ordered. I am complaining about how long it takes. My wife and I were in there on a Wednesday night. It was not busy. We waited 15 minutes or longer to order our food. We waited an additional 30 minutes for our food to arrive. A total of 45 minutes for 2 burgers and french fries. Once our food did arrive the burgers were sub par especially for the price. The fries were not good and the burgers tasted like they were not seasoned at all.

Places I would go for a burger before going back to JC's:
1.Whataburger
2.Scotty P's
3.Fuddruckers
4.Any place else
5.McDonalds
6.Open my own burger place across the street and put them out of business.
