My first experience at Mimi's was fantastic; we enjoyed the Stromboli and Spinach Pinwheel, leaving us with clean plates and full bellies. The pizza is consistently amazing, the service is friendly, and the overall atmosphere takes me back to my favorite 80's diner vibes, making it my new favorite for pizza in the area.
