During my recent visit to Chili's in Grapevine, I had a positive experience with my family. Our server, Jake, provided excellent service and was both engaging and flexible. The food, including the burgers and fries, was delicious, and the menu, although smaller than before, offered a good selection. The wait time was understandable due to being short-staffed, but the overall service and dining experience exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the attentive staff and will definitely return for another enjoyable meal.
