My first visit with Hav r Charburger. I got there at 12 oclock to a closed business waiting with 3 other customers. One staff member was there waiting with us Finally they showed I waited 5 minutes before going in only to be asked to wait an additional 15 min before I could place an order. When I finally place my combo order with no drink being apart of the combo(REALLY) I PAID 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 combo's no drinks. Suggestion 1. Have staff be on time 2. Add drink to combo orders 3. Hours need to be posted on door 4. Website need to be updated if you no longer offer drinks 5
Presentation should not come in brown paper bag for a 15 dollar bacon burger and certainly burger should not taste burnt.
Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Please consider my suggestion

Would have gotten 5 but they do not have chicken breast or dark meat per the menu. Someone needs to update soon. Just wanted to let you all know.

I work in the area & it's a delight to dine in at this location they have awesome customer service & there food is delicious ...I've only tried the catfish bomb.com and the bacon cheese burger finger licking good..also brought my mother here for lunch she loved it also
