The staff at the smoothie shop inside LA Fitness is super friendly and they always keep the place clean. When I needed a specific supplement that wasn't on the shelf, the employee was really helpful and knowledgeable, and they were able to order it for me. Plus, the prices for the supplements are great, so I don't see the need to go to GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. The meal replacement smoothies are a must-try, especially the Peanut Butter Cup one, which is my favorite! I love that they have wheat grass shots and a huge menu of smoothies and add-ins, as well as other gym essentials like energy drinks, water, and even swim goggles and earbuds for those of us who always forget them. It's so convenient to grab a smoothie here, especially since I have braces and need something healthy and easy to eat. This place is my go-to for a quick and tasty snack!
