When discussing BBQ joints in Texas, it's hard to overlook the reputation that precedes them. The prices may have risen in recent years due to the surge in popularity, especially among newcomers to the BBQ capital of Texas. The service at this particular spot stood out during my visit, as the staff from the meat slicer to the cashier were all friendly and efficient, making for an enjoyable dining experience.
