I visit your location on Sunday, May 10th around 9pm. It has been a long day and I had to stop thru the drive-thru to grab dinner for my mate. I ordered a 3 piece meal, requested wing, breast, drumstick; fries and sprite drink. I was very tired and once I received my dinner I drove off. Once home my mate asked me did I only get him 2 pieces I said no 3 - there were only two pieces and not the pieces I ordered. He tasted the drink and it was horrible. Then I had to pack up everything and drive back up to the location, tired and frustrated. The worker (yellow/goldish shirt) ignored me at the window as it looked as he was working his phone. I did blow my horn as the window was open and he ignored me until the other work (grey shirt) brought me to his attention. He said yes I said I was just here and my drink is not good - he said what do you want - that remark was confusing and I said excuse me he began to ramble off the other flavors. I said also I ordered 3 pieces and received 2 pieces - it began to tell he other person in the grey shirt that she said she ordered 3 pieces and received 2 pieces (with the window open - very rude should have excused himself) this guy remember and realized he did make an error. I expected more of an expression of sincere apology from both parties of the error but of course they failed. I like to patronize restaurants in my area and near me but this one always receives low marks (this person has been there in the yellow/goldish shirt) and no that in the future if he is there I will pass up the restaurant.
