Order# 9100026 was place online at 2:46pm. Request pickup time was 3:15pm, texted here at 3:17 when I arrived at Texas Roadhouse got a reply back via text your order is not ready. Was asked to stay in the car at 3:47pm I proceeded to the pickup window with my 18 month child standing in the heat to ask someone was my order ready was told no your order is not ready. At 3:52 my order arrived I ask did you check my order? The young stated no, I had my sleeping child in my arms will I proceed to check my order at the pickup window. No brown gravy as requested, no extra Caesar dressing as requested ,no silverware, no milk with my childs kid meal, Why must I pay for overcooked meat, and missing reguested items also not to mention late 35 minutes from agreed upon time you stated my food would be ready. Very disappointing experience.

We love Texas Roadhouse because we have never been disappointed with the quality of your delicious steaks and other foods. Even the To-Go items have been fresh and satisfying. Thank you for being consistent and delicious.

I've loved Texas Roadhouse forever until my last visit! The ñew store has changed their recipe of gravy! It is sweet!!!🤮
We told our waitress about it being sweet to which she apologized and brought a new chicken fry with a bowl of gravy. The gravy tasted like it was sweet with sour milk!!! She said she would send the manager over but never did. Sad for me to experience the change in the best food in the world!!! Will not go back to that store. Hopefully the gravy is NOT sweet at all if the stores.

Service and food was good until I got ready to leave and this Hillbilly Police can out and harassed me for being parked in a handicap spot which I am authorized because I am a Disabled Vet, he said someone came in said someone was parked in a handicap spot that should not be parked there why because I am black🤔. He walked passed all the other cars that had people sitting in then and never said anything to them, don't single me out. And also he was dipping snuff and spitting in a cup right next to our table the whole time we was eating and Texas Road allows that. But your Restaurant will be protest against in the coming weeks. I am very upset about this situation.

Take out was horrible. Had to wait 30 minutes past the pickup time. People packed themselves in that tiny room. No curbside . Didn't see much social distancing with the people waiting to get on. Food was good. Didn't get the gravy I ordered. Not a great experience. Won't go back for long time.
