A few co-workers and I decided to order from here today. And we were told that it was very good in the past, but this time it fell short. We placed a phone order and picked up. The person on the phone acted as if she had better things to do then to take my order.we ordered about 7 catfish baskets and the they were horrible... Tasted like rubber, and lacked flavor. They did nothing to insure that it would stay warm so on top of that it was cold. Oh and they didn't send enough tarter sauce for the meals I think we got 4 little containers. Won't be eating there ever again.

THE FOOD AT THIS PLACE IS GREAT. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. WHEN YOU CALL IN THEY ARE SO F***EN RUDE. NORMAL PLACES THAT SELL FISH AND BBQ WILL HAVE KOOL-AID. I ASK THE LADY ON THE PHONE ( BRITNEY ) DID THEY HAVE KOOL-AID, HER RESPONSE WAS " UUUGGGH , YOU KNOW WE DONT HAVE NO KOOL-AID " THEY NEED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY TREAT THERE FOOD...

Food was great, but service lousy. I really wish the people cared about their customers because the catfish and links are really good. The restaurant closes at 7pm during the week and they actually turned the inside dining lights off at 6:45! When we asked for cake, they served it in a to-go box! They didn't greet us coming in or thank us going out. The people are rude, just plain rude!
