As I drove past this place on the highway with breakfast on my mind, the grand opening sign caught my attention, prompting me to step inside. Despite realizing it was a chain, the local feel and delicious horchata made me hopeful that the food wouldn't be too generic. The diverse dining areas, tasty salsa options, and flavorful fajita shish kabob exceeded my expectations, making it clear that this establishment stands out for its quality and authenticity.
