If you're craving authentic Chinese flavors that transport you straight to the streets of Beijing, this is the place to be-hand-pulled noodles, spicy Dandan dishes, and soup dumplings that vanish before you can snap a pic. The lively atmosphere buzzes with friendly faces, including George who always says hello, and watching the noodle-making show at the bar is an art form in itself. Trust me, the wait is always worth it; whether dining in or grabbing takeout, every bite bursts with bold, mouth-tingling flavors that keep me coming back again and again.
