I'm so sad it's not there anymore. Sweatest waitresses. Spaghetti awesome. Pizza perfection. Wedge fries amazing. Chicken awesome. Always got an appetizer before the meal, expensive but worth it. For those who had a rude waitress, it was probably the red head, but all the rest were caring and really took the time to get to know you. Food, it could've been a new cook, but my dinner was always delightful.

Had lunch at Frank's in Bettendorf today. We opted for the buffet. $9.95 for adults, $5.50 for kids. It absolutely pains me to say it was the meal I have ever had at Frank's. I was born and raised in East Moline and have been eating at Frank's since the 50's. This buffet was horrible. All of the pizzas were cold and dried up. Like they had been there for hours. we were there for quite a while because the two kids are slow eaters, In all the time we were there, no new pizzas were put out. And to top it all off the chicken was under cooked. The tongs for the chicken were covered in Barbecue sauce from the weiners next to it. I told the waitress about the cold and dried up pizza and she said 'I'm sorry' and walked away. I will never go back to the Bettendorf location again. Just goes to show that one cannot improve upon the original. From now on it is only Silvis for me.

Worst pizza I ever had! It was so greasy the top looked orange! I will never eat there again!

Whenever I travel to the Quad Cities, Frank's is the first place I go. The sausage pizza is not only outstanding but amazing.
Then when I leave I get 8-10 half baked pizzas to go back to Nebraska
