Phantom Pizza has quickly become a go-to for pizza lovers at the Dayton Mall, taking over the space once occupied by Sbarro. On a late Friday evening, I headed upstairs and found the food court winding down, but Phantom Pizza was still serving a tempting selection of slices and strombolis. I couldn't resist the owner's offer of discounted food, so I grabbed a delicious Veggie Pizza slice and a flavorful Steak & Cheese Stromboli, both of which exceeded my expectations given the late hour.
