I usually like eating at Back in time cafe but here recently I don't like it. It isn't just the food or service, it's the fact that the times they have posted online for when they open and close are not right. When you look them up online it says they open at 6am but the last two times me and my husband have gone there it was well after 6 and even after 7am before they finally opened. If your going to post business hours online at least list the right time when your business opens. We work night shift and look forward to a nice little sit down breakfast after work. This used to be our favorite place to grab a bite in the morning but not anymore. We will never go back there again they just lost our business.

Let me start by first stating I normally don't post reviews to any place that I go. But this one deserves a review.
The customer service from the employees including the manager was horible.
My Husband and I went to this resturant and sat down to order. I ordered the texas tenderloin with fries and mayo on the side. my sandwich was ok, the fries were good and hot but the amount of fries you got for the price were overpriced. then the mayo had bits of fried food in it so I asked for new mayo, the waitress did not like that at all.
My husband ordered a chicken fried steak with 2 eggs with the yolks hard and the edges not crispy.
He gets his meal the chicken fried steak was good so he says then he cuts into the eggs yolk is running over so he asks for the eggs to be cooked like he asked with the yolks not hard. The plate come back and it is the same plate with the same eggs on it. We can tell this because we can see the runny yolks and the pepper he put on his eggs before cutting them open, These eggs both still are runny and one is starting to dry out. So my husband goes up to the counter since we can't seem to get our waitress to tell them about the issues. He told them for a 3rd time how he wanted his eggs cooked.
They came out again, the eggs looked a little bit better,but they were on the same dirty plate, the toast was cold. Cut into the eggs and they were still slightly underdone but my husband ate them.
Then we waited, and waited and waited some more for our check, meanwhile while waiting we saw a party of 5 leave the resturant, when an employee stoped them the stated they did not get waited on and were tired of waiting, after they left the employee started cursing.
After we got tired of waiting for our check my husband went up to the register, when presented with the bill the waitress got more rude because she thought we were not going to pay our bill when we told her we wanted to speak to a manager she acted like she was put out.
The manager was hiding in a back office oblivious to what her employees are doing.
when we told her what was going on she did not seem to concerned about it so we paid our bill and left.
WE WILL NOT BE BACK
