The Rick's pizza on Spinning Road apparently doesn't care for the public anymore. The hours on their door and menu state 11:00 a.m. to open. After I called to place a order, I was told they do not open until 3:00 p.m..
You can sure tell management has changed. that was my first and last time.

Rick's pizza on Spinning Hill, Dayton, Ohio is never opened on time, never. I really don't know how they stay in business. I know I won't be trying to go there anymore, since they aren't opened.........
