Stopped 08/26/2024 and got a small chili in the drive-thru. Got home and opened
the cup and it was less than 2/3rds full. Do they actually pay these workers to
short the customer? Certainly won't come back here.

Stopped and got two chili's. Got home and wife said "Is there any meat in yours? I can't taste any"
I poured mine into a bowl and there were lots of beans but only three tiny pieces of meat. Each was
about the size of the nail on my little finger. This stuff should be called BEAN SOUP, not chili.
I called the store and some lady answered with a "Yo dude, Whatcha Want?" I asked if it was Wendy's
and she said "No, this ain't no Wendy's" and hung up. I then called back five times to try to talk to a
manager but the phone would ring and ring and finally go to a recording that said something like "Enter
passcode to access system."
Called Wendy's Customer no-service number and got put on hold for nearly half an hour and finally hung
up and decided I'll vote with my feet and not go to Wendy's again.
