The food options inside the Capitol Visitor Center cover everything from salads and sandwiches to BBQ and pasta, with convenient self-service that helps you get in and out quickly despite the higher prices. What really stood out to me was the exceptional hospitality from the staff, especially the manager Istvan Pajor, whose kindness and dedication made our visit memorable beyond just the meal.
