Uncle Chip's in D.C. was a pleasant surprise on my cookie adventure. The chocolate chip cookie had a nice flavor and texture, while the oatmeal cookie fell short of my expectations. The peanut butter cookie stole the show with its perfect texture and wholesome ingredients.
