There's this Korean food truck that parks around George Washington University - Rolling Cow. I've been eyeing it for a while, and finally got the chance to try it out. The menu has options like Ssam, LunchBox, Hoagie, or Salad with choices of bulgogi, chicken, or samgyupsal paired with Korean fruit and vegetable mix or southern-style coleslaw. The meats were flavorful, especially the samgyupsal which was my top pick. The staff was super friendly and the portions were generous - definitely worth a visit!
