Dolce and Bean is a local shop in Del Ray, owned by Petros. They are one of the only authorized Neuhaus Belgian chocolate distributors in NOVA! While the shop might be small there is a ton of variety. They sell pasties, chocolates, macarons, gelato, ice cream, and coffee.
