Whenever I'm in the DC area, I make sure to get food from Horace and Dickies because their fried fish is always flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the sides like collards and mac and cheese remind me of home. Although the ambiance could be improved and parking is challenging, the food quality remains consistent, and I plan to return to try more seafood options despite some changes in fish quality over time.
