Charlene prepared a special dinner for me, making time in her schedule while she was catering a weekend wedding. She treated me like a friend, recognized my excitement in planning an event for dear friends, and prepared the best lasagna known to man. There was not a bite left when the party was over. Elegant and scrumptious! Charlene and her staff catered a backyard wedding reception that served the best food I've ever had at a large party. Imagine sitting down to for an intimate meal with your grandmother or your friend Terri or the best home cook you know, where you can taste the love in every bite--how can Charlene produce that quality of food for 100 people? I'm simply in awe. Charlene and her staff were unfailingly kind and gracious, and made everything at this party feel magical. A total joy.
