I discovered this charming restaurant in DC during a strong craving for Kenyan flavors, and Safari DC exceeded my expectations. Despite a longer wait for our takeout order and the slight disappointment of receiving only one chapati with the vegetarian entrí©e, the maharage and sukuma wiki were flavorful and satisfying. My husband particularly enjoyed the juicy and flavorful nyama choma, and while the portions were slightly small, the overall quality of the food makes it a place worth revisiting.
