Today, at 7:00pm my girlfriend and my self. We both had the worse experience at this place. First we arrived around 7:00, one hour before the closing time, the customer service was so disgusting by a girl that we think it was the hostess, secondly the food didn’t come as the way we ordered, the waitress she did the best but the kitchen staff didn’t help her to make us to enjoy the food at this place. Her wrap didn’t have all the ingredients as she ordered, my wrap the cheese didn’t come melted as the menu said. Even the waitress told me the cheese was not melted. I think the kitchen staff have to improve their culinary skills and even the nachos we ordered as appetizers was not as we were expecting, not crunchy, not hot. I’ll make sure to spread the words about this terrible experience because on my bills everything was charged as it is in the menu. So I think if you guys are good to charge the exact money from the food you also have to improve the quality of the food too. Instead of serving nasty food.
