Overpriced, bland food. Poor service.

This restaurant fills a niche as there are few showy and pretentious restaurants in the Ballston area. And indeed the Willow is showy and pretentious, but it lacks any real substance and ultimately rings hollow.
If you live nearby and you are dating someone that matches the characteristics above, then this is a place for you. Likewise, there is a good wine and liquor selection if you're in the happy hour mood and have the money to burn. If you want pretention and good food, then your money is best spent elsewhere.

Bravo Willow. Truly the very best in the entire region. Don't stop by unless you want to TREAT yourself. The website is also very grand: willowva.com.
Try is you'll like it!!!
