Tommy Joe's is a popular Bethesda spot for good eats served up in a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Tommy Joe's has a large menu, with tons of options including bar food appetizers, steak and seafood entrees, salads including a Maryland Crab Salad, burgers, pulled BBQ sandwiches. Not a vegetarian restaurant, but even the meat challenged have options: several salads, spinach dip, portobello mushroom wrap. Also look out for the crab cakes, which are made with no filler, just jumbo lump crab meat. At night, watch sports on their 20 TVs, shake it on the dance floor, or hang out on the outdoor pation - all year!. The patio is covered and heated during the winter. Tommy Joe's has happy hour specials and is close to the metro, making it a great after work spot too.

Tommy Joe's has a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding, especially after a workout. The friendly staff and tasty drinks, including their refreshing Orange Crushes, made my experience enjoyable, and I loved the rooftop view while soaking in the live music.

Tommy Joe's is a casual bar with a friendly staff and delicious drinks, especially on Monday nights when there's live music from 7 to 10:30 pm. I had a great time hanging out there, especially on the rooftop with its inviting atmosphere. The bartenders, including Tommy Joe himself, were fantastic, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.
