If you want to just have drinks and appitizer, this is the place, but if you are looking for good mezican food, attentive and pleasant service, look elsewhere.
I have given Alero 3 chances to provide me with good service and good food and they have failed all three times. If you don't arrive as soon as the buffet is put out for lunch, for sure the food you select will be dried out under the lamps. I did lunch with a party of 12 and it took over 20 min to get our drinks and he would not take our orders until the drinks arrived. So our lunch hour was stretched to 1 hour and 56 min.
Twice I have tried to order dinner at Alero. The first time I ordered beef and was brought chicken and when the correction made it to my table it was luke warm. The second time I couldn't even identify my dish and it turns out it belonged to the table next to me and the waiter actually tried to serve me the dish from the other customers off the table, as in it had been served to the other customer and his fork was in it! EWWWWWW!
I will say that the Margaritas are great and so are the quesadillas. Just a happy hour kinda joint. Just stick to drinkin' and snackin and don't look for good service.

I've been eating at the Alero location since it opened. I have mostly positive experiences but when I was in this weekend the service was horrible. We were seated for more than 20 minutes before a waiter came to our table.
