We visited the Rooster for lunch for the first time today and have added it to our short list of places we would enjoy going for lunch. We love the pub decor, service was friendly and efficient, and the food generous and tasty. I say, when are the pubs in America going to catch on to offering "bangers and mash" (sausages and mashed potatoes) on their menus, as it is a traditional item in English and Irish pubs? :-)

The Rooster is an old stle pub. Service is genuine not rehearsed. The food is great, simple but done well. Tues. half priced burger night cant be beat.
