Had dinner on Friday evening with family. Service stared out fine and went downhill fast. Waiter forgot items and then brought individual pizzas so late they were cold. Left disgusted. Used to eat here frequently when our daughter went to GWU. Wouldn't be back again !

Actually never got around to trying the food. The service turned out to be non-existent. After quite a wait the busboy inquired whether we had been helped. We told him no and he actually asked for our drink order. Further wait produced no drinks and eventually a waitress who said our server could not be found. She took our drink order. Another wait produced nothing except, eventually, the "manager" (man at the front podium) who assured us our waiter was on the way (mind you, still no drinks). A further wait produced no waiter, no drinks. We left. This was a Thurs evening at about 8PM. Restaurant was at least half empty!!!!

YOU WILL REALLY ENJOY THE ATMOSPHERE, AS WELL AS THE FOOD, AND THE SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD.
