Visited this restaurant 3 other times , always ordered wings and pizza. The food was great when they first opened. But everything was undercooked today, seems the we're more focused on getting things out quickly vs quantity. I sent my wings back to be recooked. Then the pizza came out super soft: the mgr stopped by our table asking how things were. When I mentioned the pizza wasn't done, he said I'll tell the kitchen, but did nothing. Quality of food isn't worth the price

he food is very good. But the bad thing is they will double bill you. Went there over a month ago and still wiating for the GM to get back with me. Went in with another party.
The bill cam put to $130 and change. We were splitting the bill. I ended up being charged the full bill. And then me and the other party were charged for the same amount. So basicly they received double payment for the bill. I noticed that this double bill hit my account in less then a week. I went in and talked with Jim Ritter. Gave him the receipt and texted him my bank account with the double payment to send to corporate office. Still no response since 2/2/23. I would have even taken a gift card. But here we are over a month later and still nothing. So dont waste your time at this place as they will double bill you and not give you your money back.
