After several visits over the past couple of months, I've noticed the dining area is much cleaner and more organized, which makes for a comfortable experience. The pho remains outstanding, with a rich, flavorful broth and generous portions, alongside tasty rice dishes and fresh spring rolls. The service is efficient and the prices are reasonable, making it a reliable choice for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

I have revisited Pho Cali multiple times in December and January, and I must acknowledge the significant improvements in cleanliness and organization within the dining area, which has enhanced my dining experience. While some updates to the furniture could further enhance the ambiance, the food quality remains consistently excellent, especially the fantastic Pho. The outstanding service and delicious broth make Pho Cali my top choice for enjoying authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Delaware.
