I tried to order online and was declined twice. I then called to place the order for someone to pick up but they don't take payment over the phone so... ok I will come get it. The total was $9.00 more because the prices on the web site are wrong. I mean you could at least honor the price I was given on the website. Not a pleasant ordeal. Let's hope they got the orders right.

Second time we have ordered curb side pickup, ordered 4 entrees all which when ordered in the restaurant normally comes with fries but guess what, not one entree had the fries with it!!! What is up with that Applebee's? We paid full price for each meal and no fries!
