Confucius has been a beloved local establishment for two decades, consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences. The menu boasts a variety of delectable dishes, from the flavorful salt and pepper appetizer to the savory Tong Ann Chicken and crispy shrimp with walnuts. While the service may have been a bit slow, the overall quality of the food and the inviting ambiance make it a worthwhile dining destination in Rehoboth.

The ingredients are fresh, the flavors amazing. A very nice variety of dishes. The food is well seasoned and not overly sauced. I truely believe you could order anything on the menu and enjoy it. If you enjoy tempura battered dishes, their coating is very light, fresh and crispy. An excellent dining experience with very friendly staff and atmoshpere.
