I don't know if it is Covid or new management, but my experience has changed. I've been going there for years with my family. The wait is long and the food is not the same quality. It's a shame... It's an institution.

Only go here if you want to feel like your dining in NYC, menu has changed and the prices are ridiculous! Add a couple $$ to that rating! $9 for a chicken salad sandwich and a bag of chips, 4.95 I more for a handful of French fries?!?!

Though the food id good, most of the time its served warm. On every occasion we have been there, no matter what the outside temperature is it's always cold in there. Just today when I arrived at 7am the inside temp was below 60 degrees, and everyone including the staff had coats on. This is one of the bad point of this establishment. If you want to take your time eating your meal before it goes cold this is one place you do not want to visit

Portions are huge; service is great...desserts are excellent...love their choice of kicked up salads, and soups.

Breakfast is fabulous....you won't have to eat again until dinner.

To the guy with the visa. Get a real card. A Corp Plat AMEX. The corp visa is for children just out of high school. And I would reject you too for being a fool.

Recently i took my elderly parents out to dinner at the Hollywood Grille on 202. Our mother was in tears when she walked out because our waitress named Mellissa reaked of alcohol and she cursed at my mother although she did not know we heard her. My mother is a saint and all she asked was to have her meal reheated and this waitress was so sude to her that i will not be returning to this establishment unless they remove her from serving food.

I enjoyed the day at Ocean City MD,Rode my boat,Jet ski and ate lunch at a restrauant on the water and used my Corporate VISA all day.
After eating a delightful dinner at Hollywood my card was rejected.
After being embarrassed twice at the front register in front of employees and customers, I insisted on calling VISA at the register. After talking to Visa they told me the person submitting my VISA number punched in the wrong experation date wrong, twice.
I did not receive one apology for their action and will think twice about eating there again, even though I enjoy the quality of the food.
