Guy on the phone wasn't a hole and didn't take my order why ask for it I ask for specials and he said it was 21 to call different number needed to treat your customers better able to phone

Georgetown pizza palace is the best only place I will order cheesesteak n fries or pizza from.everyone there is always so pleasant and friendly the owners are awesome guys sometimes they can be hilarious just love the atmosphere there.def my go to place ❤❤

All I can say is service is pretty bad, I sat at a table for 15 minutes no one approached me. I went to the counter and asked for help and waited another 5 min then left, and it wasn't that busy. One redeeming quality is they have good pizza and Stromboli. Maybe I'll give it another try, just felt ignored.

Great food, good pizza. I wouldn't eat in the restaurant, but its great for take out or delivery. Everyone is friendly and nice, never had a bad experience.

I called in to place an order, so they would have it ready when I got there on my lunch break. and they messed it up, giving me the wrong order. I sat down to eat, and had to wait at least 15 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me, and that was only because I got up and to seek someone out. This person was not a waiter, as no one would come to my table. Why, I do not know. The same non-waiter brought me my food, after much of my lunch break was gone. I was very disappointed in the food.
I will never go back again.

The service is great and the people are friendly. The pizza is the best on the eastern shore. I come here at least twice a month.

They suck, called today placed my order and the fool didn't put it in the system, so I get there paid for it and they didn't made it yet, they try to rush it and I got bad raw wings with a lot of oil, and lost my break

I work in georgetown and Pizza Palace is the place to go on my lunch break. its a little on the high side but the food is great! love it!!!

The pizza is the best... The rest of the menu is very good with very large portions. You will need a doggie bag.

If you have a baseball team playing at Sports At The Beach, this is a great restaurant to take the whole team to! It has plenty of tables, huge food quantities (just what the boys wanted after a doubleheader), prompt & friendly service, and all at reasonable prices. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it!

I LOVE Pizza Palace--it is a super awesome, local restaurant. They have great Italian food, and the prices are great. This isn't a place you take guests to impress them, it's a place that you take your family if you're a local, or if you want some great pizza or pasta. They have huge portion sizes (and I LOVE leftovers!) and the staff is friendly, fast, and efficient! You won't be disappointed.

The Pizza is great, the best, but they don't know how to make an antipasto. It was just lettuce, tom. and onion with ham & cheese dumped in the center. No Italian olives, h.b. eggs, anchovies or peppers. It was very cheap and sloppy. We took
guests and were very disappointed.
