I don’t know what the challenge is with Pete’s Pizza in 11/6/22 I had order a large Italian hoagie with extra onions pickles oil and provolone cheese with a little hot. I very very surprised that that what I mentioned comprised my Italian sub and nothing else. 3 slices of provolone cheese spread out in the roll no other types of meats no meat at all. I took a picture. This dub was ordered and paid for by my daughter for me. The line was busy therefore I wasn’t able to share my disdain and disappointment over this breakdown . Really )10 for and Italian sub and $5 for delivery plus drinks. Please don’t take your customer based for granted by mistreated us. We appreciate you but what’s up with this service. The phone lines or lines are busy so neither one of us could voice our complaints this is why this is being made known publicly. Dumb!

I would like to say that this has been one of the most pleasant experience I have had from a pizza place in a very long time. The manager was very kind and pleasant the entire time I had to wait for my order. I was unsure about going there for anything especially after I read some of the reviews, however this is just one of those places where you have to just go and see for yourself. Even though it is not in one of the best neighborhoods, I still felt safe inside of the place. I would tell everyone to eat from there. Kudos

First they take a hour and a half to bring me my food. Then they ended up bringing me the wrong food & never came back to bring me the right one . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The driver they have is also very disrespectful & rude . I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT PLACE AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE IT MY RIGHT TO TELL EVERYONE NOT TO ORDER FROM THERE ALSO. THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND THAT PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!!!

They DO NOT HONOR their menu, they will come when they want and your order will not be straight, they lie and say they'll give a discount on your next order when their menu states on the spot discount 30mins or more late LIESSSS! I will be contacting the business bureau in reference to this it's false advertising, and contacting who the say contact on the menu has no resolution AT ALL I've sent numerous emails!

I ORDERED MY FOOD AN HOUR AND A HALF AGO, AND THEY NEVER SENT IT OUT!!! I CALLED THEY SAID THEY WOULD RE-SEND IT AND NEVER DID!! I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD SUCH POOR SERVICE, AND EMPLOYEES THAT DID NOT CARE, AND LIED TO ME. WHAT KIND OF SO CALLED PIZZA PLACE, ONLY DELIVERS TO CERTAIN CUSTOMERS.I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL, EVERY EMPLOYEE, THAT DID THIS TO ME LOOSES THEIR JOB!!! I would not recommend this place to a homeless person. I have been ordering from this place for years and its always something wrong with my order. So I decided to give this place one no chance but I ordered my food was told my food would arrive in 35 Min's so 1 hours 15 Min's later my food was not ready. I called an was informed that I needed to be a little more patient. Foh, I will be patient and I will not do business with them. I m giving 1 star due to the location but their service is the worst.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to in this case because this place is worth way more than 2 stars. I would personally rate them 4 stars but gave them 5 to offset things.
Here is the bottom line:
They are a franchise with 5+ locations, so you know they are doing something right. Delivery was always less than 25 minutes every time I've ordered, about 6 times now.
Breakfast is way above average for a place that has "Pizza" in their business name. They could use a little more variety for breakfast.
Pizza/Stromboli: Only had one and one but they have a pretty decent crust and sauce is not too shabby. Quality of ingredients 6.5/10. (MIND YOU: I've been to Napoli, Italy a few times so my reviews of pizza are brutal. Only a handful of places in the US have received a 9/10 or higher from me.)
My credentials... I own a retail market and sell $3+ million in food a year. I've looked up their Delaware Dept of Health Food Establishment Inspection Reports and they only had a few nominal "Health Problems" that would give them an A/A- instead of an A+, if Delaware had a grading system like every other state in the US.

I wish I would of read the comments before I order from Pete's. First of all the nasty, deliver sucks, worst customer service in the world. I just dislike everything about Pete's. They get an 0t in my grade book.

I will have to agree with some of these comments the breakfast food is good, but who can really mess up breakfast food. THE CONSUMER SERVICE IS THE WORST! THEY HIRE ANYBODY OFF THE STREET, I KNOW EVERYONE NEEDS A JOB, AND ILL AGREE BUT PRESENTATION SAYS ALOT ABOUT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS.but I HAVE HAD MY SHARE OF ISSUES with PETES I order a sub and they asked if I wanted Tomatoes, I said no BC I'm allergic, the sub came with tomatoes on it and I called to let them know which they brought me a different sandwich but I think it was to be smart because half of this sandwich had tomatoes.

The food is okay, if you can get it there. The last couple of times I have ordered the food has taken over an hour and a half to get here (after a guarantee of 30minutes). The food was ice cold and not what I ordered. They said that they would pay for my next meal...however when I called back I was told that they knew nothing of a free meal. I swore never again. I think the only reason they stay open is because they will deliver in the city 8(

I order from Pete's from time to time the breakfast is pretty good and no one else delivers breakfast. The portions are huge and the quality is adequate. The only problem is that the delivery times given don't always jibe with the actual time that it takes. I think that the reason behind this is the fact that pick-up orders are under a 15min time limit and when swamped they concentrate more on them.The macaroni salad is really good and try the gravy steak it's a decadent once in a while treat.

I was very upset I order a small pizza with half cheese. And when the pizza came it was a small never will order a pizza from Pete's. I could have order a pizza from pizza hut and pay the same price. I'm mad. Never ever.

since they stay open late i ordered from petes at 11:25 pm...the guy that hung up the p[hone tole me my food would be here in 30 minutes, at 12:00 no food and by 12:20 they aren't answering the phone...food didnt arrive until 12:35 talk about pissed n hungry!!!!

We've been ordering from Pete's for about 3 years and they are pretty good. Delivery has an issue from time to time, but we really like the food. Our favorites... pizza, macaroni salads, and breakfasts.
Don't like cheese fries or load potato skins... they overdo the toppings. Pete's is a good place to order from.

Pete's Pizza food is horrible if there was a worse word I would use it!.
I ordered a turkey sub and and a small pizza. I assumed the pizza would be great, due to "Pete's Pizza" being the company name one would only assume pizza would be there forte.
Once the food was delived after horrible customer svc (a uneducated woman answered the phone she was very rude)I preceeded to eat my sub then I noticed there were nets crawling in my food, I threw the sub away, Preceeded to eat the pizza just consumed a bit and spit it out too much oil.
When the delivery driver came to home I could have sworn he was a crackhead, teeth missing...I was scared as hell until I seen a sign seeing Petes Pizza, they must hire anyone.
The place is horrible, I gurantee the place will be shut down soon, if not sooner if the Board of health performed an inspection. This is a place I will not send a enemy to eat rather alone a dog.
If the food was free I still would not eat it, its unediable. Believe me you can make a better sub and pizza at home.
