I recently discovered Gulley's in Henderson, and their fluffy ice is such a refreshing treat on a hot day. While it's not quite like traditional Hawaiian shave ice, I really enjoy their peach flavor. The variety of options, including sugar-free choices, and the fun color-changing cups make the experience even more enjoyable. I've tried a few flavors like banana/coconut, torcher, and pear, and they were all delicious - especially with the marshmallow topping. I wish Gulley's was closer so I could visit more often - it's truly amazing!
