There are two main offerings at New Rise: a sourdough loaf and sourdough cinnamon rolls. The baker's dedication and passion shine through in the quality of these products. Personally, I found the sourdough loaf to be exceptionally light and fluffy, with just the right balance of acidity. I am eagerly anticipating New Rise's return to my local farmer's market next year.
